Corporate Mindfulness Package
This 30, 60 or 90 day program, designed for corporate teams, will develop stress reducing mindfulness skills, provide learning tools to listen to and trust their intuition and feel great about navigating the changes happening around them. Employees will feel more satisfied, increase their positive energy and and feel more productive and deliver faster results.

This is a powerful and inspiring call! We’ll refresh important learnings from the workshop and continue building our mindfulness and self-care skills. You will feel the energy shift after our first day together and by week four you will have enthusiastic, energized, optimistic teams.
Dedication Coaching
Two weeks after the program ends we will jump online for one more group mastermind but this time for 90 minutes Practice makes perfect but then life happens, right? This check in includes helpful refreshers to the recent learnings and a Q&A to work through new blocks that have come up since week four.
